How does the trash concierge service work?
We typically arrive the night before collection to move bins to the street. Once your trash/recycling is picked up, we quickly return them to their original location. You skip the heavy lifting and effort while we handle the logistics for you.
When do we start service after signing up?
Once a plan has been selected and you receive your confirmation email - Service officially begins the week after you sign up. For example, if you sign up on Friday(May 22nd) and your next trash/recycling day is Wednesday(the 27th), we will assume responsibility of moving your cans that Wednesday the 27th.
What are your service days and timing?
We align our schedule perfectly with your local municipality or waste hauler. If your trash day is on Wednesday, one of our team members will bring your can to the curb before 7AM on Wednesday and return it by 7PM same day.
What areas of Charleston do you serve?
We currently serve select neighborhoods and communities throughout the greater Charleston area. You can see the names of the neighborhoods we currently work in when selecting a plan. If you don't see your neighborhood or community on the list please select "Other" when selecting a plan and one of our reps will be in touch before your next pick up to confirm service.
Pricing and Subscriptions
We offer simple monthly and annual subscriptions. Pricing is based on the type of service you need and the length of that subscription. You can choose a plan that fits your household's specific needs.
Can I cancel or pause my service?
Absolutely! Our service is designed to be flexible. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal with just a few clicks.
Handling recycling vs trash
We handle both! We align our routes with your specific trash and recycling day schedule, ensuring you never miss a pickup day.
Holidays and weather delays
On major holidays or during severe weather, we follow the schedule adjustments made by your local trash hauler. We'll send you a notification if there's any temporary change to your service time.
